In the first two weeks following the tsunamis that devastated the coasts of South Asia, people pledged nearly $4 billion (U.S.) globally, with private Canadians contributing at least $70 million (CDN). The Canadian government has promised to match these funds. Share your reaction to this unprecedented outpouring of donations.
