CG Traveller
The world's longest cross-country ski marathon

Whether you spend the night in a charming inn or a five-star hotel, you'll ski your heart out during the day. That's the spirit of winter camaraderie that has kept the Canadian Ski Marathon alive and well for 30 years. What started as a makeshift 160-kilometres-long Centennial trek through the backyards between Montréal and Ottawa has become Canada's premier cross-country event. Mark you calendar for February 9 to 10, 2008, when thousands of participants from toddlers to seniors will turn out to ski the Canadian Shield's breathtaking winter landscapes. With ten short sections, the marathon allows participants to set their own pace and distance — in this marathon, everybody wins. Check the links below for more information on the Canadian Ski Marathon.
